A Trained Professional, an Industry Educator, and a Business Builder

Deepa Bajaj holds a rare combination of credentials in her field: formal training in hair and advanced esthetics from the prestigious VLCC Academy of Health & Beauty Management in New Delhi, a hairstyling licence earned in Ontario, Canada, and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) licence obtained in 2018. That foundation is what allowed her to found Nirvana Salon & Spa in 2008 and grow it into a full-service beauty and wellness destination across the Greater Toronto Area.

As CEO and Artistic Director, Deepa leads a team of qualified hair stylists, estheticians, and spa technicians, and continues to personally define the brow artistry and makeup standards Nirvana is recognized for. She has since taken her expertise beyond her own salon walls through The Brow Academy, where she trains other women in eyebrow and facial threading, turning her own career into a pathway for theirs. Her work reflects a career built deliberately, credential by credential, into genuine industry authority.
