IWEC was born from a simple truth: immigrant women are among the most resilient, resourceful people in the world — they just need the right ecosystem to thrive.

Who We Are

IWEC is a unit of Newcomer Success Network Canada Inc. (NSN Canada), built for immigrant women running businesses in Canada, from first-time founders to seasoned operators. We connect you with a community, a resource library built for the Canadian market, membership circles, and mentors who’ve been where you are, whatever your industry or stage.

Why We Started

IWEC Started with a single vision to make a levelled ground for Immigrant Women to grow in Canada. About 222,710 arived in Canada in 2025 and as per BDC 1.5% of the total female immigrant population build businesses. They do this despite no Network, lack of support system and despite the challenges of surving in a new country.

These resilient women, imagine can do so much more when they have teh right resources and ecosystem. They can not just build lively hood, they can boost economy of Canada, increase Exports, generate Jobs and become rolemodels for other women who come after them.

Our Mission

IWEC Started with the mission to make a levelled ground for Immigrant Women to grow in Canada. IWEC wants to empower with The Knowledge, Support, Network and Visibility to build a thriving business in Canada.

Our vision is to impact at least 10,000 immigrant women entrepreneurs by building a thriving ecosystem where they feel they belong.
