Why We Started

Too many talented women arrive in Canada full of ambition but lacking the one thing that makes or breaks a business: community. No mentor to call. No network to lean on. No one who truly understands the unique challenges of starting over in a new country. IWEC was created to fill that gap — not with charity, but with genuine, peer-to-peer empowerment.
