Meghna Dhingra is an entrepreneur and business leader whose career spans immigration consulting, technology, business analysis, project management, and communications. As Founder and President of CAD Immigration Inc. and Founder of CAD Wedlock, she has built two businesses on the same philosophy: create meaningful solutions, build genuine relationships, and make a positive difference in people’s lives.

She combines strategic thinking with a deeply personal approach to leadership, and is known in the IWEC community for her commitment to mentorship and creating opportunities for the women around her.
