About Me

Bringing The Taste Of Home To Northern Ontario

Catherine Manuwa runs Trine’s Foods, a retail, wholesale and online grocery business in North Bay, Ontario. It supplies authentic African and Caribbean groceries across Northern Ontario, so families and international students no longer have to drive hours to the GTA for the foods they grew up with.

Trine’s Foods also makes its own packaged products, including Trine’s Instant Puff-Puff Mix.
